For neutral and anionic polymers such as PEO, PEG, Pullulan, Dextran, Poly(acrylamide), Hyaluronic acid, Poly(acrylic acid), Carboxymethylcellulose and many others. 


Material:

  • Polyhydroxymethacrylate copolymer network
  • Particle Sizes: 3, 5, 10, 20 µm
  • Molar Mass Range: 100 - 30 000 000 Da
  • available as analytical, semi-micro, HighSpeed and preparative columns

Mobile Phases:

  • pH Stability: 2 - 12 (Chemical stability)
  • Optimum pH range: 6 - 10    
  • Organic modifiers: <100% v/v (e.g. Methanol, Acetonitrile, Tetrahydrofuran)
  • Salts: < 0.5M (e.g.NaN3, NaCl, NaNO3)
  • Buffers: Compatible with most commonly used buffers

Maximum Temperature:

  • 80°C   

For cationic polymers such as Polymeric Quarternary Ammonium Compounds, Poly (DADMAC), Poly(vinylpyridine), Chitosan, Poly(ethyleneimine) and many others. 


Material:

  • NH-functionalized acrylate copolymer network
  • Particle Sizes: 5, 10 µm
  • Molar Mass Range: 100 - 30 000 000 Da
  • available as analytical, HighSpeed and preparative columns

Mobile Phases:

  • pH Stability: 2 - 12 (Chemical stability)
  • Optimum pH range: 1.5 - 7   
  • Organic modifiers: <100% v/v (e.g. Methanol, Acetonitrile, Tetrahydrofuran)
  • Salts: < 0.5M (e.g.NaN3, NaCl, NaNO3)
  • Buffers: Compatible with most commonly used buffers

Maximum Temperature:

  • 80°C   

For sulfonated Polyanions such as Poly(styrenesulfonate), Lignin sulfonate, Modified Starches, Acids, Alcohols, Pectins and many others. 


Material:

  • Sulfonated styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer-network
  • Particle Sizes: 5, 10 µm
  • Molar Mass Range: 100 - 5 000 000 Da
  • available as analytical, HighSpeed and preparative columns

Mobile Phases:

  • pH Stability: 1 - 13 (Chemical stability)
  • Optimum pH range: 7 - 13  
  • Organic modifiers: <100% v/v (e.g. Methanol, Acetonitrile, Tetrahydrofuran)
  • Salts: < 0.5M (e.g.NaN3, NaCl, NaNO3)
  • Buffers: Compatible with most commonly used buffers

Maximum Temperature:

  • 80°C   

For natural and synthetic Proteins, Peptides, Enzymes, Gelatins/Collagens and many others.

  • Particle Sizes: 3, 5 µm
  • Molar Mass Range: 100 - 7 500 000 Da (based on protein molar masses)

  • pH Stability: 2 - 8 (Chemical stability)
  • Optimum pH range: 2 - 7.5 
  • Organic modifiers: <100% v/v (e.g. Methanol, Acetonitrile, Tetrahydrofuran)
  • Salts: < 0.5M (e.g.NaN3, NaCl, NaNO3)
  • Buffers: Compatible with most commonly used buffers

Maximum Temperature:

  • 70°C   

For monoclonal antibodies, optimized and pre-equilibrated for light scattering detection. Optional: bioinert hardware
