Hardware and software of all SECcurity² GPC1260 pumps are designed for easy setup, operation, maintenance and early recognition of problems.

All pumps can be used with typical GPC/SEC/GFC solvents including hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP).

Overview

SECcurity² isocratic pump - P/N 404-2101
The ideal GPC/SEC/GFC pump with highest run-to-run and day-to-day precision of retention times. The optimized design ensures a virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow, with dual floating pistons in series, precisely servo-controlled. This delivery principle allows variable stroke volume optimized to selected flow rate. Low operating and maintenance costs - due to long instrument uptime. Versatile wide flow range - up to 10 mL/min, including semi-preparative separations. Robust materials withstand most demanding applications - stainless steel, titanium, gold, ruby, sapphire, ceramics, PEEK and PTFE ensure long lifetime.
Seal wash option for high salt mobile phases keeps maintenance to a minimum for lower operation costs.

SECcurity² binary gradient pump - P/N 404-2102
The SECcurity² binary pump is based on a high-pressure mixing principle. It is the pump of choice for reproducible gradients and high performance, especially at low flow rates and for high throughput applications. It has an optional programmable solvent selection valve which combines two out of four solvents for utmost flexibility and increased convenience, for example, when flushing the column. The binary pump is also ideally suited to do standard-bore chromatography. Floating pistons with path-of-least-resistance principle ensures highest seal lifetime.

SECcurity² quarternary gradient pump - P/N 404-2103
The SECcurity² quaternary pump is a pump for low pressure mixing of up to four solvents. The quaternary pump provides highest flexibility in solvent mixing and is recommended for a wide range of research and routine applications, and in the method development area. It ensures virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow, with dual floating pistons in series, precisely servo-controlled. The variable stroke volume allows pulse-free solvent delivery and efficient mixing. Keeps maintenance to a minimum for lower operation costs by using robust materials such as stainless steel, titanium, gold, ruby, sapphire, ceramics, PEEK and PTFE. Wide flow range of up to 10 mL/min, including semi-preparative separations.

BioSECcurity² quarternary gradient pump - P/N 404-2153
The BioSECcurity² quaternary pump is a pump for low pressure mixing of up to four solvents. It comes with a pre-installed active seal wash and a built-in 4-channel degassing unit. With its highly corrosion resistant titanium pump head, this pump is ideally suited for biological applications and extreme pH applications. Wetted parts: Titanium, Gold, Platin-Iridium, Sapphire, PEEK, PEKK, PTFE

(Bio)SECcurity² Degassers

Specicfic, external online vacuum degasser for all GPC/SEC eluents including hexafluoroisopropanol HFIP. The degasser has two or four independent solvent channels with a small volume for optimum degassing up to a flowrate of 3 ml/min. The two channel degasser is modular upgradable to add additional independent solvent channels.
