How do I get Cirrus GPC software to import and recognize the detector signal collected using an interface box? The GPC software recognizes the Agilent Photodiode Array UV signal, but not the UIB signal.
Is it possible to transfer a method that was created and saved in one GPC system to another GPC (Open Labs)??

Hello, i face a problem with my samples. The polystyrene and PMMA standards provided by Agilent are totally soluble in THF solvent and yield very clear and narrow peaks in the chromatogram. However, the majority of the polyesters synthesized in our laboratory are only soluble in chloroform and not in THF. Is it possible to produce a calibration curve using the PS and PMMA standards while analyzing our samples using chloform as solvent in the sample preparation?

I am attempting to complete a triple calibration; however, it won't allow me to add any additional point to make a calibration curve like the conventional GPC calibration. The error message says code AC5506 recalibrating will overwrite your current system calibration.
